A Conversation with Industry Experts: Building More Than Trays and Case Carts

Includes a Live Web Event on 11/05/2026 at 11:00 AM (EST)

Live Webinar: Thursday, November 5th, 2026 - 10:00-11:00(CST)

The success or failure of the Sterile Processing department depends on several factors. Equipment must be functional, supplies must be available, and systems must work as designed. SP’s success also depends on the team that helps ensure every process and every detail is correct. To be successful, that team must share the same goals, communicate effectively, understand how to work through issues and deal with stress. This webinar will examine strategies to enhance knowledge and communication skills to minimize quality issues and to build a more cohesive workgroup.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:
1. Explain the impact that staff performance has on quality
2. List issues that can impact communication and teamwork
3. Identify tactics to address current staff issues
4. Describe strategies to enhance relationships between existing staff and prepare new staff for the workgroup
