Jenni Gibbs

Gibbs is a Central Sterile Manager at Altru Hospital, where she oversees Sterile Processing, Central Supply and Endoscope Reprocessing for the organization. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Dakota and MBA with a certificate in Virtuous Leadership from the University of Mary. She is passionate about supporting and developing sterile processing technicians while providing excellent service to surgical and procedural service lines. Gibbs objective is to continuously improve quality outcomes for patients and operational performance. Gibbs is a mother of two, an artist, and volunteer for Turtle Mountain Animal Rescue.

Andrew Sundet

Vice President of Clarus Medical’s Inspection division. I am passionate about helping implement tools that help increase patient safety. In 2017, I joined the Clarus Medical Inspection Team. My role at Clarus has me demonstrating product to customers, distributors and national sales teams. I specialize in integrating inspection tools into operational workflows, focusing on compliance, improving outcomes, and elevating standards of care. Over the past five years, I’ve been a featured speaker on borescope-related topics at major industry events, including the HSPA National Conference (2022–2025), AAMI Exchange (2024–2025), AORN National Conference (2024), and regional HSPA chapter meetings in MN and NY. Recognized as a borescope expert on leading podcasts such as HSPA, Beyond Clean and AAMI.
